Job descriptionDesigning, modeling, building, and deploying effective functional solutions. Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Evolving and driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization. Managing value, risk, and resources to support business objectives effectively. Addressing immediate safety, quality, and productivity challenges as they arise. Ensuring adherence to budgetary requirements and financial constraints. Complying with all relevant codes and regulations, including health and safety policies. Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to optimize asset efficiency. Participating in the training and development of team members to build skills. Assisting in the development and integration of corporate culture elements. Leading and contributing to process development projects and initiatives. Providing technical support across various projects and tasks. A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting. Proven experience in leading Lean initiatives and driving operational excellence. Culturally diverse – employ people from all over the world Fully integrated facility –Feed Mills, Barns, Transportation, and Production Plant 2500+ employees worldwide We Care about our employees, communities, customers, animals, and our environment
