Job Title : Field Engineer

Job Description

This position plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of products and services to our customers. Working in both office and site-based construction environments, you will leverage your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support Field Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Trade Supervisors in meeting contractual commitments.

• Apply technical knowledge to support construction activities.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The work schedule consists of four 10-hour days per week (4x10) with the potential transition to five 10-hour days (5x10). The role is on-site with the Pulp and Paper project team in Saint John. The industrial work environment involves a Nexgen furnace rebuild and clean, manageable conditions at Canport LNG, with primarily pipe racks and mills for pulp and paper. The contract duration is 24 months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $51.00 / hr.
