Our client is one of the largest healthcare providers in Toronto looking to hire a Cyber Security Analyst
About the Opportunity
The role is not hands on keyboard but also need softskills to do presentation to describe logs to non technical audience.
SIEM reviews, log reports, preparing monthly dashboard from SIEM, vendor end point scans (once a year), pen testing focused on infrastructure.
Some time they get projects from outside IT where one needs to be able to assess possible vendors.
There is an external pen testing project, work closely with Risk team for Business Continuity and disaster recovery.
Focused on Business impact assessment.
About You
Min 5 years of security experience with strong experience with SIEM (client uses LogRhythm but open for any other SIEM products)
Experience with Vulnerability scans and pen testing on IT Infrastructure and systems
Strong Communication presenting logs to non technical users
Information Security certificate CISSP or CISM or CISA or Security
NIST framework experience and knowing the controls
Experience with Risk assessment and BC / DR
Cloud security AWS or Azure
NICE-TO-HAVES :
Knowledge of creating security policies and procedures
Microsoft Defender End point protection
Salary Range
$115,000 / year
