We’re a growing insurance brokerage looking for producers who want full control of their income and are willing to build their own pipeline.

This is a commission-only role. Most of your business will come from your own leads and network. We’ll supplement where it makes sense, but this is not a “sit and wait for leads” job.

You’ll be a good fit if you:

Are hungry and self-motivated

Know how to generate your own leads (or want to learn fast)

Are comfortable grinding without being micromanaged

Want to build a real, long-term book of business
