Overview of the position :
Our National Contact Centre is a fast paced, inbound contact centre where our Team Members are empowered to find creative, customer-centric solutions using a values-based approach.

We are looking for customer-focused, French / English bilingual Team Members who can work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts to join the team!
This position is an on-site role, based in our Customer Experience Centre, which is located at 481 Panet Road, in Winnipeg.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need :
- To be fluent in English and French (written and oral)
- The desire to quickly learn about the awesome products we sell!
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Enjoy working with people
- Be respectful, upfront and honest
