Job description

This Bilingual Dealer Service Analyst Position Features :

Full time permanent opportunity with an amazing company with growth potential!

Salary $58,000- $65,000

position is fully remote after the 5 weeks training in office in Toronto / GTA (equipment is provided)

Hours : Monday - Friday 8 hour shift between 8am - 10pm

Schedule is for 3 weeks (usually 1 or 2 Saturdays 9-8 per month)

50% of their shifts will be 11 – 8pm and 1 – 10pm

Must be able to work the scheduled hours –there are no exceptions to the schedule, evenings and Saturday shifts are non-negotiable.

Role begins in office for training approximately 5 weeks and then goes fully remote, Training is 5 days a week 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Quarterly bonus paid 4 times per year, about 1250 each time (This is contingent on hitting their 80-140% target)

DSA Duties :

  • Evaluate credit applications for credit worthiness.
  • Make decisions within their approval authority on whether financing should be extended to individuals and businesses that have applied for credit
  • Recommend decisions on whether to extended to financing on credit applications that required escalated approval authorities (e.g., manager approval required for high dollar exposures)
  • Have direct phone interaction with dealership employees communicating credit decisions and often negotiating terms of credit approvals
  • Cultivate relationships with dealership employees
  • Work with other DSAs and internal employees to resolve issues related to loan documents
  • Maintain high levels of productivity

Must Haves :

  • Post secondary education (College or university)
  • French / English proficiency
  • 2-3 years as a credit or financial analyst
  • Risk management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Can work hour 8am-10pm Monday to Friday and 1 - 2 Saturday a month
  • Can come into the office for 5 weeks training in Toronto
