Position : Quality Assurance associate

Location : Baie-D'Urfé

Salary : $34 an hour (based on experience)

Shift : Day shift

Job Type : Temporary, maternity leave replacement

Our company, a giant in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Quality Control team member to support the research processes associated with production.

In this role, you will be completing the following tasks :

• C onduct investigations in a high productivity-driven environment
• Gather information in order to assess the impact of non-conformities
• Observe processes to ensure investigations are factual and detailed
• Use problem-solving techniques and appropriate tools to identify root causes and causal factors

What you need to be considered :

• 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Superior writing skills
• Previous experience in root cause analysis and investigation
• Knowledge of quality systems, quality by design, principles of product validation and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of applicable Health Canada, FDA and global pharmaceutical regulations
• Creativity in idea generation and problem solving
• Ability to manage scientific and technological information
