Primary Responsibilities & Attitude
Communicate and coordinate service and operational activities within Odyssey’s Vancouver office.Manage day‑to‑day interactions with a portfolio of clients, including counsel and advisors.Handle client interactions with shareholders, focusing on efficient service and timely resolution.Maintain a strong focus on retention and growth through exceptional service.Onboard clients, ensuring seamless transition processes.Assist Directors with scheduling and preparing for shareholder meetings, including mailings, proxy tabulation, and scrutineer’s reports.Manage client requests and general inquiries, preparing reports, treasury orders, transfers, dividend payouts, etc.Skills and Experience
Prior experience in securities or brokerage is an asset but not required.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi‑task.Solutions‑based attitude, proactively addressing inquiries.Attention to detail and pride in work.Comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced team environment.Technical proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other desktop applications.Completion of Canadian Securities courses preferred but not essential.What We Offer
