Required Skills & Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an IT-related area
• At least five years of experience in desktop architecture, engineering, or administration
• Strong knowledge and skills in Windows 10 / 11, Client 365, Azure, and other Client technologies
• Proficient in desktop deployment, configuration, and management tools such as Intune, Client Endpoint Manager, Group Policy, PowerShell, and SCCM
• Experience in desktop security, compliance, and governance, including patching, updates, antivirus, encryption, and auditing
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
