A day in the life :

  • Partners with cross functional team (logistics team, 3PL, CSR, finance, etc.) to ensure the process runs smoothly.
  • Assist in the execution of daily routines of the logistics operation process
  • Assist in maintenance of files and records and preparation of reports
  • Continuously reviews open orders reports and communicates delivery updates regularly with internal stakeholders and works to mitigate shortages and delays.
  • Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter process the shipping in the system
  • Efficiently support on the activities to ensure the ship, receive and delivery process happens as expected
  • Assist in maintaining & reviewing vendor performance ratings
  • Undertake special assignments as needs

Successful candidates will have :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse administration and operations is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required in this role. Knowledgeable in using various functions (i.e.

VLook Up, Pivot tables etc)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various logistical tasks efficiently
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues promptly
