IVR Test Engineer (Bilingual)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Linguistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance / testing, with a focus on IVR systems and conversational AI.
- Language proficiency in English and French, with the ability to assess linguistic accuracy and fluency.
- Familiarity with call centre telephony systems, protocols, and technologies (e.g., SIP, VoIP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- ISTQB or similar certification in software testing is a plus.
