We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team and contribute to the successful delivery of our multifamily developments.

Position Summary

The Carpenter is responsible for executing framing, finishing, and general carpentry work across multifamily construction projects. This role supports the Site Superintendent and Construction Manager in maintaining quality standards, site safety, and project schedules.

This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Installation

• Perform rough and finish carpentry in multifamily buildings (wood framing, blocking, backing, soffits, doors, hardware, millwork installation)
• Install interior trim, baseboards, casing, cabinetry, and feature elements
• Complete deficiency repairs and touch-ups to Sarina quality standards
• Assist with layout, measurements, and material take-offs
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately
