On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Customer Service Representative will be a primary point of contact for many customers, while also working closely with the sales and logistics teams. Using strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills, they will have a positive impact on the customers they interact with.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, process customer orders as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Provide extraordinary customer service over phone, email and in person
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of information
• Assist customers by providing general and technical product information
• Assist customers with back orders, delivery dates and product returns
