About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of a new mixed-use development in downtown Squamish. This project will feature modern condominiums above ground-floor retail, bringing much-needed new homes to one of BC’s fastest-growing communities.

Targeted for completion in late 2026, the development includes 1- and 2-bedroom homes ranging from ~650 to 1,000 sq. ft., designed with contemporary finishes and built to high quality standards.

The Superintendent will take ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and with top-tier finishing quality.

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of progressive site management experience, with at least 3 years as a Superintendent
• Strong track record delivering wood-frame multi-family residential projects (4–6 storeys)
• Proven ability to manage trades and schedules on complex residential builds
• Familiarity with construction software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
