As a Digital Marketing Director you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to successfully deploy all tools to increase customer engagement and drive revenue through paid marketing programs.

In addition to this, you will oversee the management of special projects, creating digital media campaigns and paid social media strategies and entice its optimization by analyzing data and finding actionable insights.

We are looking for a highly analytical professional with a proven track record of leveraging data and metrics to drive success online.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to execute key Digital Marketing campaigns, including working with the UX & Brand Director
• Work with SEO teams on content strategy and production
• Collaborate with SEM teams and agencies to develop growth strategies
• Enhance and develop our Social Media paid strategy
• Identify growth opportunities and execute annual action plans
• Drive and report on the performance of all digital campaigns, including Email, Acquisition and Retention, SMS, SEM, SEO, Site Search, CDP, AB Testing, and Personalization.
• Work with various teams to enhance overall marketing and sales strategies, including Acquisition / Retention, increasing order frequency, $ per basket, and Drop Ship products.
• Stay updated on new trends to better understand customer expectations

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of 10 or more
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM, Personalization, CDP, Marketplace, and Site Search.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to develop individuals and the company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially with upper management
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google and Bing Ad Platforms
• Proficiency in Facebook / Instagram social platforms
• Familiarity with affiliate and 3rd party platforms and partners
• Experience with project management tools for organizing responsibilities
• Keen eye for graphic design
• Self-motivated to drive improvements and influence others
• Fully bilingual in English and French
