Responsibilities :
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Lead and inspire the store team as a role model
- Coach and provide training to develop associates for success
- Recruit and develop top talent
- Optimize resources to reduce expenses and enhance efficiency
- Conduct weekly staff meetings to drive sales targets and team engagement
- Develop action plans to meet sales targets and key performance metrics
- Ensure merchandising directives and visual standards are consistently met
- Maintain store operations and ambiance to company standards
- Enforce company policies and practices
- Manage merchandise flow and floor management
- Monitor and manage stock and inventories
- Stay updated with industry trends and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Safety initiatives
- Provide valuable product feedback
Skills and Experience :
- Minimum three years of retail and sales management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to address complex issues and prioritize tasks effectively
- Talent for identifying, training, and retaining top talent
- Commercially oriented with strong product awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel to other store locations and attend district meetings
