Dragados Canada, Inc., the Canadian construction arm of the ACS Group (one of the world's largest international construction and engineering companies), is seeking a talented and experienced Proposal Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team in downtown Toronto, ON.
Dragados Canada was established in 2008 and has grown steadily into an industry-leader in Canada, with offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, successfully performing a variety of large-scale transportation, bridge, dam, tunnel, and other major infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end response effort for Requests for Proposals (RFQs, RFPs, RFIs), from receiving tender documents to submission
- Lead the development of proposals by implementing timelines, distributing outlines, and enforcing style guidelines
- Cultivate strong relationships within the bid team to enhance collaboration and support cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate proposal kickoffs, validation, and checkpoint meetings to meet deadlines and compliance requirements
- Provide feedback to the Proposal Director, Bid Directors, and internal stakeholders on response status and issues
- Coordinate writing and editing of responses, ensuring compliance, clarity, consistency, and error-free content
- Maintain and improve the proposal library and templates for increased efficiency
- Ensure all responses reflect company best practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communication, Languages (English / French), Marketing, or Civil / Construction Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluency in French and English is highly preferred
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities for compliance purposes
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet tight proposal schedules
