My client based in New Westminster in the public sector is seeking an experienced Compensation Advisor to join their growing team. This Compensation Advisor will work in a team of 5 and will be responsible for a portfolio of clients who they will support with role reclassifications, job description evaluations, salary band reviews, organizational design, and succession planning. As the Compensation Advisor, you will also have the opportunity to work on special projects.

Job Requirements :

Requirements for this role include 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Job Evaluation the motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, and the ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Union experience is considered highly an asset.
