About Us Procurify is the AI-enhanced Intake to Pay platform for mid-market organizations. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. We’re looking for a pragmatic and thoughtful engineering leader to help scale our platform and team.

We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to build out and lead our Vendor and Contracts team. This team will enhance Procurify’s vendor and contracts solution by creating a new vendor portal and vendor collaboration features that are key to our mid-market product strategy. In this role, you’ll manage a team of software engineers and serve as a technical leader within the team’s business domain. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering to grow technical leadership and further develop a highly engaged, high-performing team. This is an opportunity to build a new AI-native team within Procurify, delivering key strategic initiatives at the cutting edge of software engineering practices.

What you’ll be working on

• Lead & Mentor : Manage a team of 4–6 full stack, AI-native software engineers, providing coaching for technical excellence, fostering individual career growth, and nurturing a culture of trust and deep collaboration.
• Drive Velocity : Lead your team to deliver consistently against ambitious goals. You'll define success metrics, track progress transparently, and communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and celebrate wins.
• Own a Complex Domain : Own the technical direction and long-term vision for the Vendors and Contracts team. Ensure designs are architecturally sound, scalable, secure, and align with our established patterns.
• Building with AI from the ground up : Guide your team's efforts in building our vendor portal and collaboration features using cutting-edge AI development tools and practices, delivering with high velocity and quality.
• Forge a Leadership Triad : Partner closely with the team’s Product Manager and Designer, forming a high-trust triad to deeply understand customer needs and drive the success of your product areas.
• Develop Future Leaders : Mentor senior engineers and team leads, actively supporting the growth of the next generation of engineering leaders at the company.
• Collaborate Broadly : Work with partners across the organization—including our Security, Platform, and Data teams—to deliver robust, high-quality, and compliant software solutions.
