Base pay range

CA$75,000.00 / yr - CA$105,000.00 / yr

Overview

The Manager of Ecommerce will support daily operations across Amazon, retailer.com platforms, and emerging marketplaces. The role involves content updates, analytics, channel support, and cross‑functional collaboration. Success requires a proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This position is based in the office 4 days a week and 1 day working from home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forecasting, promotional planning, pricing updates, and inventory coordination
• Assist in managing on‑site advertising
• Contribute to e‑commerce initiatives, merchandising improvements, and site updates
• Update and optimize product listings, imagery, copy, and enhanced content
• Support brand content refreshes and onsite storytelling
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Creative, and Sales teams
• Coordinate with external agencies to support e‑commerce or digital marketing efforts
• Monitor key e‑commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, and in‑stock rates
• Support reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
• Assist with evaluating and onboarding new marketplace platforms
• Help test and scale new opportunities within the broader marketplace ecosystem
