Job descriptionMust clear drug testing due to safety requirements Must maintain no facial hair (beard or mustache) due to PPE equipment Clean criminal record Must be over 25 and have a clean driver abstract (insurance requirement) Supervise day‑to‑day security operations of assigned client sites Manage a team of security officers, supervisors, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development Ensure high‑quality security services that protect people and property Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees Coordinate support services to meet or exceed financial and operational goals while delivering quality customer service Provide support on all HSE matters, including investigations of injury / illness and learning‑from‑incident packages Develop and implement security policies, programs, and contingency plans to minimize risks Host security awareness training sessions and investigate site incidents Conduct mid‑year and end‑year evaluations for all security team professionals Provide security‑related emergency response services and coordinate activities during site‑wide emergencies Post‑secondary education in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience Valid security licence, or ability to obtain one Minimum of two (2) years of security supervisory experience Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver abstract Proven experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality team members Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Familiarity with security systems and technologies is beneficial Problem‑solving ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Position : Full‑time / 40 hours per week
- Shift : Monday – Friday, 8‑hour shifts
- Pay Rate : $70,000 – $72,500 per year
