About the role.
As the first point of contact for all billing and account related inquiries, our Customer Success Billing Specialists develop strong relationships with our customers and strive to make them successful in every interaction.
Working in Salesforce, you will monitor open cases, respond to calls and emails, and proactively connect with customers to foster and maintain value-driven relationships.
What you’ll do.
- Respond to billing inquiries via phone and email meeting the net2phone Canada’s Service Level
- Manage payments and credits, billing questions, and update account information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Create initial invoices for new accounts
- Prepare accounts for billing closure and issue final invoices
- Assist the Customer Success and Finance teams in their day-to-day activities and projects as required
- Utilize data to identify at-risk customers, or opportunities for expansion and collaborate with the Customer Success team
- Contribute to developing and refining processes related to the billing department
- Work in a collaborative environment with several teams in Client Services to investigate billing cases
- Tracking accounts, identifying and developing new opportunities for expansion across the customer’s business to ensure contracted subscription growth and increased solution adoption across the organization
- Assisting in the design and implementation of Customer Success and Billing best practices and trends
- Maintaining product expertise across the net2phone Canada product line
What you need to be a Customer Success Billing Specialist with us.
- 1+ years of customer service / experience
- Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- French-English Bilingualism is required.
- Never-ending curiosity (you’re going to meet a lot of different businesses!)

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent
Schedule : Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST.
Compensation : $ 43,000-48,000 CAD
Location : Ottawa. This is an in-office hybrid position with the potential to work remotely 2-3 days a week- we want you to be in the middle of all the action!
