Location : Markham, Scarborough, Pickering, Whitby, or Oshawa, ON

Compensation : $20-25 / hr + Daily Pick-up / drop-off to / from work

Benefits : Access to full benefits once eligibility requirements are met

Job Type : Full-time Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours / wk w / infrequent nights / weekends

Travel % : opportunity to travel with time and proven ability

Cleanroom Technician Description

Our client, a renowned resource for Critical Environment cleaning, is looking for a Cleanroom Technician located Northeast of downtown Toronto (Markham, Scarborough, Pickering, Whitby, or Oshawa).

You'll play a key role in delivering cleaning services on-site in critical environments, using safe and approved methods, with the convenience of your team lead who will pick you up, take you to the jobsite, and drop you off afterwards.

Physical capability to perform job duties while bending, kneeling, and standing on feet for extended periods of time is required.

A passion for customer service and a positive attitude are a must, in addition to an attention to detail, accountability and dependability in all that you do.

Cleanroom Technician Responsibilities

• Vacuum, mop, clean, and chemically treat surfaces in technical / critical environments
• Utilize materials and equipment properly and safely
• Cleanroom technicians perform functions on their feet for extended periods of time
• Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or equipment to Supervisor
• Adhere to applicable regulations, requirements, and company policies
• Successfully complete all mandatory training within required timeframes
• Properly wear all required PPE while performing job duties

Cleanroom Technician Qualifications

• Construction or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Physical capability to perform duties; bending, kneeling and standing on feet required
• Read, write and understand English is required

Due to the nature and sensitivity of the working environment, the ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
