Sales are done at anational level and their sales teams are deployed across Canada.

Job description

Memberof the management team, National Sales Director develop, monitor, and implementmarketing and sales strategies.

More specifically,the National Sales Director establishes revenue objectives and deploys offerstrategies adapted to the different market segments to increase sales,establishes pricing strategies in a logic of revenue management and evaluatesthe sales efforts made and the results.

He therefore puts in place new methods,procedures and indicators and manages the change of business model in all itsaspects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Engage, motivate, coach, and inspire our salesteam

Develop, monitor, and maintain a sales growthstrategic plan for our different market segments

Provide an accurate sales forecast and achievequarterly / annually sales target

Develop and monitored sales KPI’s regarding keystrategic decisions

Analyzing sales statistics to determine theperformance of sales market

Create acustomer-centric culture and ensure a sales process that establishes customersustainability and a healthy customer-centric ethic

Create a marketing vision an develop initiativeswith the Marketing Director

Monitor market and competitor actively

Manage and fortify major accounts across all typeof industries with our sales force

Participate in trade shows, training or productsmeetings if needed

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing and sales,ideally in distribution companies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a NationalSales Manager
  • Has strong skills in performance management andchange management,
  • Demonstrates autonomy, a good spirit ofentrepreneurship while working closely with all our departments
  • Demonstrates unifying and mobilizing leadership,can create synergy and get hands-on with his team.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of organization andcoordination, his methods promote action, motivates field presence andrapprochement with customers and operational teams.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards / KPI’s
  • Very comfortable withtravelling

Work conditions

  • Salary dépend on experience between 175 000$ - 200 000$package
