As a Hydrotechnical Engineer in our Prairies & North group, you'll shape the future of water resources engineering across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, northern communities, and remote regions. Your Impact

• Design advanced hydrotechnical solutions that strengthen community resilience, including flood mitigation, hydraulic structures, ice engineering, and watershed systems.
• Deliver modelling and analysis that informs high-profile infrastructure, transportation, and mining projects across the Prairies & North.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through full project cycles - from early concepts to construction and client care - ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Advance sustainability by applying environmental and climate-resilient design principles at every project stage.
• Grow client relationships, supporting proposals, strategic pursuits, and long-term partnerships.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT : $122,900 - $162,800

MB & ON : $112,100 - $154,400

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC : $111,000 - $147,400
