Position Title : Network Support Engineer

Department : IT Management - Production Network & Operations

Work Location : Toronto office

Responsibilities :

• Network Planning and Implementation for Europe and America Projects :

Deeply engage in network architecture design at client sites in Europe and America. Develop highly available and scalable network solutions tailored to client business scenarios, including topology planning, IP address allocation, and routing policy design.

Oversee network implementation and configuration at client sites in Europe and America. This includes equipment debugging and joint testing to ensure network deployment meets project timelines and passes client acceptance post-launch.

Qualifications :

Expertise in TCP / IP protocol stack (including IPv4 / IPv6), routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching technologies (VLAN, STP, link aggregation), and network security technologies (firewall policies, intrusion detection / prevention, VPN encryption).

English as primary working language with fluent speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. Capable of independent technical communication with European / American clients and overseas teams (e.g., remote meetings, solution discussions) and drafting technical documentation (e.g., network design proposals, incident reports).
