Position : Technical Writer

Contract Duration : Until end of 2025 (with possibility for extension or conversion)

Location : Remote (must be available 7-3 / 8-4 PST)

Travel : Quarterly travel (one week at a time)

Team Size : 12 people

Overview : Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to join our team and develop processes for a Microsoft component.

This role involves extensive work with Microsoft products. The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional who can quickly adapt and work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and document processes for Microsoft components.
  • Collaborate with a small team (6 people or less) to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Utilize extensive Microsoft product knowledge to create detailed and user-friendly documentation.
  • Participate in quarterly travel for team meetings and project updates.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft products, particularly the seven specified applications.
  • Senior-level expertise, capable of working independently and efficiently.
  • Strong process-driven approach to documentation.
  • NERC certification is a plus but not required.

Additional Information :

Open to candidates from various locations, provided they can work within the specified time zone.
