Job descriptionEstablish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Supervise and check assembly of trays Re‑evaluate and adjust work schedules as needed Staff size : 5–10 people (food service counter attendants and food preparers) Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role Languages : English Personal suitability : Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player Physical requirements : Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods Fast‑paced environment and constant pressure handling Standing for extended periods required Ability to adapt to shift or on‑call work Group insurance benefits Other benefits (e.g., financial benefits, mentorship programs) Persons with disabilities Newcomers and refugees Youth Veterans Indigenous people Mature workers Visible minorities A Canadian citizen A permanent resident of Canada A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
