Skills Required

• Design, build, and maintain Oracle Fusion customizations, integrations (OIC / REST), and extensions supporting Finance operations.
• Implement and optimize BlackLine modules (Account Reconciliations, Journal Entry, Matching), integrating with Fusion GL / AP / AR for automated close.
• Develop secure data pipelines and connectors between Fusion, BlackLine, and Oracle Data Clean Room (DCR) to enable privacy‑safe analytics and collaboration.
• Enforce data governance, consent, and privacy controls within DCR; design audience / measurement workflows without exposing PII.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive month‑end close automation with robust logging, error handling, and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Security teams; document solutions; and establish Scalability, Security, and Compliance best practices (SOX, GDPR / CPPA).
