YOUR MISSION :
- Provide high standards of customer experience within the store, aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
- Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently at checkout.
- Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise responsibly.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, and operational competencies.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
- Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, with potential overtime.
YOUR TALENT :
1-2 years of experience in customer service-oriented retail, preferably in apparel or footwear.Strong team player with good communication skills.Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office.Ability to lift / carry, push / pull up to 30 pounds regularly.PUMA supports over 19,000 employees across 120+ countries.
