WHO WE ARE

RunReady, the running health brand, is advancing the sport through research, innovation, and education. Led by Physiotherapists, it studies the human body and running footwear to help people run healthier and perform better.

RunReady is part of a company that includes RunAsYouAre, a Vancouver-based specialty shop offering top footwear, apparel, and accessories. Since 2013, RunAsYouAre has supported the local running community through weekly runs and events.

RunReady has launched the RunReady Performance Program, a new running health service available exclusively at the RunAsYouAre West 4th Avenue shop.

THE ROLE

As the RunReady Experience Coordinator, you’ll own the entire client experience for RunReady’s services, offered exclusively at the RunAsYouAre West 4th Avenue shop. From booking appointments to creating an exceptional in-studio experience, you’ll guide clients through each step, working closely with the RunReady President to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment.

Your role includes managing client experiences, supporting sales, and handling studio administration to keep everything running efficiently. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, community partners, and local runners to drive bookings and service sales.

You’ll also collaborate with teams across Marketing, Brand, Operations, and Community to support the RunReady Performance Program and expand its reach through special programs and events.
