In one of our resorts in Mexico, Caribbean or Canada

Certifications

Degree in related field a plus / Strong technical and troubleshooting skills

Ability in the language

Fluent in English, any other language a plus (, Spanish)

Experience level

4+ years’ experience as Sound or Light Technical Manager in an entertainment setting / Live shows experience preferred / Ability to lift / move up to 50 pounds

  • Ability and desire to take the initiative to develop the Events Department to its full operational potential.
  • The knowledge to identify the causes of technical problems and suggest effective and creative ways to solve them
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to anticipate and identify risk management issues pertaining to all technical equipment and report to appropriate person

    • You Will

  • Oversee the technical and operational quality of all of the light and sound needs of the resort.
  • Broadcast music for shows and events
  • Set up lighting for theatre shows and events through-out the resort
  • Ability to provide hands on technical support for both lights and sound.
  • Take part in the purchasing of material related to the Events
  • Perform regular checks and inventory of equipment
