Position Overview
We’re seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to drive meaningful change and optimize processes across OEM Remanufacturing. This dynamic role blends process improvement, project management, data analysis, and report building. The Analyst will lead small-to-medium sized projects and support larger cross‑functional efforts, engaging a wide range of stakeholders. In addition to driving improvement work, the Analyst will develop new Power BI reports and dashboards, maintain and enhance existing reporting, and conduct ad hoc data analysis to support informed decision‑making.
Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Project Management
- Lead and support small‑to‑medium sized process improvement projects across OEM Remanufacturing, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change impacts
- Conduct discovery to clarify business challenges and opportunities by defining problem statements, engaging stakeholders, and analyzing current‑state processes to uncover root causes and improvement ideas
- Design future‑state processes using tools such as SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, and value stream mapping to eliminate waste and support implementation of targeted solutions
- Translate insights and analysis into action by piloting solutions, validating results, and scaling improvements
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions
- Communicate progress and outcomes through meetings, presentations, and written reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Reporting & Data Analysis
Design, build, and maintain Power BI datasets, models, reports, and dashboardsEnsure data accuracy, visual clarity, and continuity of existing reportingPerform ad hoc data gathering, analysis, and reporting to support decision‑making and drive operational efficienciesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement reporting enhancements that drive better insightsQualifications
Required
Post‑secondary degree in Commerce, Business Technology Management, Operations Management, or a related field2–5 years of experience in process or continuous improvement roles, including leading or supporting small‑to‑medium sized projects (experience in manufacturing or operations is an asset)Proficiency in Power BI : data modeling, Power Query / M, DAX, report design, and data quality practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilitiesComfortable working in a lean, agile, and fast‑paced environmentPreferred
Experience with SQL and enterprise data sourcesFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and Power PlatformExperience capturing requirements for technology developmentPMP designationNote
