Job descriptionPlan production processes to ensure goals and objectives are met Provide problem solving support and troubleshooting as needed during production shift Coordinate with department managers to ensure all materials and equipment are available and functioning correctly Ensure all company and provincial safety requirements are met and introduce suggestions for streamlining and continuous improvement of safety programs Support all departments to ensure a collective achievement of goals Work with management team to lead and develop professionals through their performance and developmental plans Complete all reporting needed at the end of shifts, and ensure they are filled quickly and accurately 5‑7 years of experience in construction Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or related 3‑5 years of experience in a production / manufacturing environment Strong financial and business acumen Must be a proven leader with examples of how they have developed a team to organizational success Certification in Project Management Experience working and managing within a union environment Journeyman Certification in Carpentry or Electrical trades Experience in modular construction Go to our website at https : / / jobs.selectrecruiting.ca / and click “Apply Online.” Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job.
