Account Manager Outside Sales
The Account ManagerOutside Sales is responsible for establishing maintainingand developing relationships with existingcustomers .
- A hybrid of inoffice onsite andontheroad this role s responsibilities includeeducating customers on available products and services;
- training customers employees on theproper use and maintenance of our products; providing information and preparingquotes;
- expanding our customer base by identifying and prospecting for leads atevents and through social media; preparing anddelivering presentations on our productsand services;
participating in sales functions and other corporate events; andnetworking at trade shows and other industryevents.
Responsibilities
Establish maintain and develop relationships with existingcustomers
Build customer base by identifying and connecting withprospects
Provide customers with information on new products andenhancements
Train customers and their staff on use and maintenance ofproducts
Build pipeline forecast monthly sales and identify businessopportunities
Analyze markettrends and competitor activities and planaccordingly
Ensurecustomer satisfaction and solicit enduserfeedback
Update databases with new customer information and diarizefollowup
Negotiate with customers and ensure compliance withagreements
Work across departments on proposals and marketinginitiatives
Deliver presentations and attend events andtradeshows
Requirements
Requirements
At least three (3) years of experience in HVAC or relatedindustries with track record of success in B2B salescustomer service and relationshipmanagement
Experience with cooling towers humidification and portable airconditioning products and technologypreferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems inbuildings
Fully comfortable with MS Office Salesforce and virtual meetingtechnology
Outstanding networking presentation and communication skills(English)
Excellent organization and time managementskills
Keen attention to detail and focus onsolutions
Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours asneeded
Valid Alberta driver s licence and access to reliablevehicle
