Reigning Champ - Senior Analyst/Analyst, Operations and Project Management Office

THE ROLE

As theSenior Analyst/Analyst, Operations& PMO, you will:

• Support with spearheadingthe successful delivery oflarge scale multi-disciplinary projects that directly contribute to our corporate growth initiatives

• Partner with executivestakeholdersand other support partnersenable a collaborative approach to project delivery, fostering teamwork and driving successful outcomes

• Champion ourproject management methodologies andsupport withdevelopingthe necessary capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success

• Engineer effective and efficient processes,optimizingfor throughput and frictionless operations

• Design how we approach business decisions and create the infrastructurerequiredto support ongoing usage (E.g.Frameworks, Guides, Models & Tools)

THE QUALIFICATIONS

TheSenior Analyst/Analyst, Operations & PMO has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills,education,and/orapplicable certificationsthat are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP and/or retail experience preferred

• A commitment to learn and applyourValues andBusiness and People Leadership principles

• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

• A commitment toquality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 per year. The final agreed uponsalary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge,skillsand experience.
