Senior Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join their team.

What Your Impact Will Be

The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational processes of the team, which includes managing tasks such as coordinating meetings, handling accounts payable, and addressing client inquiries.

This role entails providing thorough administrative support to both the Manager and the team, including support to various initiatives, projects, and collaborative efforts.

Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with team members, ensuring prompt email responses, drafting letters, and possessing a background in event management.

The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and adaptability.

Must Haves

  • Experience working in the health field (preferred)
  • School graduation and some related work experience; OR an equivalent level of related work experience, education, and / or training may also be considered.
  • Excellent writing skills and proven ability to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive written communication as they will communicate with varied stakeholders in an informative or consultative manner.
  • Excellent judgment in setting priorities, identifying issues, and determining action required when working under pressure and deadlines.
  • Superior interpersonal, oral communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Adept at balancing major concurrent tasks and projects and working with both office and field staff in a coordinated manner.
  • Proven ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations and conflicting demands, and to seek leadership direction and support with priority setting when needed.
  • Excellent computer skills using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
  • Strong organizational and proactive coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
