Annual Salary : 106,223 – 113,003 CAD

Hours : 35 hours per week

Duration : October 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026

Job Overview

Reporting to the Superintendent of Business Services, you will participate in the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Your responsibilities include ensuring that business processes are optimized within the new ERP system, that system configuration meets business requirements, and that data mapping and validation to the new system is complete. You will also assist in creating training materials, lead knowledge transfer to staff, provide post‑migration support, identify gaps and develop solutions, and support special projects or initiatives that increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimize business processes; understand the current financial accounting process supported by the existing system; identify opportunities for improvement within ERP.
• Participate in mapping financial data from the current financial system to the new ERP.
• Ensure ERP configuration meets business requirements, collaborating with IT teams and the vendor.
• Lead the creation of training materials and knowledge transfer to staff for the ERP implementation.
• Identify gaps and develop solutions to address weaknesses in financial processes, then propose and implement solutions to improve overall project efficiency.
