COMPENSATION

  • Starting pay : $22 to $28 / hour plus tips.

  • Paid Training - All drivers will receive over 40 hours of paid training for the following; In Class training for HOS, Truck Inspection and E-Logs / Practical driver training, E-logs compliance, Truck Inspection, Truck Loading / Unloading / Driver Road Tests and evaluations.

    • HOURS

  • Weekly schedules provided to all employees.
  • Flexible work schedule (Part-time, Full-time & weekends) Monday through Sunday

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet the customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings.
  • Lead a team of movers, fostering a culture of safety, communication, and respect among team members.
  • Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Valid 5 class drivers license
  • A clean driver abstract with a proven track record of safe driving.
  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide the moving crew.
  • Prior experience as a mover is an asset but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting (100Lbs) and moving tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Legally allowed to work in Canada
