What You’ll Do : Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent service and care. Organize schedules and daily workflow to keep things running smoothly. Mentor and coach staff to reach their full potential. Build strong relationships with team members, residents / clients, and families. Support staff development through training and feedback. Promote a safe, respectful, and positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For : A team player with proven leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communicator who can build trust and motivate others. Organized and adaptable—you know how to handle busy days with ease. Knowledge of [healthcare / industry standards] is an asset. Comfortable using basic computer programs and scheduling tools.

Required Qualifications :
Grade 12 diploma. Completion of a 2-year Food Service Management course or equivalent management training. WHMIS certification. Membership in : Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM). Canadian Association of Food Service Professionals (CAFP). Working knowledge of collective agreements. Food Safe Certification. 2+ years supervisory; 3+ years healthcare-related experience. Scheduling, quality audits, customer relations. Office software (Windows, email, scheduling tools). Communication, organization, teamwork, time management. Dietary guidelines and food services terminology.

Preferred Qualifications :
WHMIS, CSNM / CAFP membership, collective agreement knowledge.
