General Labourer (Modular Maintenance and Repairs) (4510)

We have a full‑time permanent position for a General Labourer (Modular Maintenance and Repairs) to join our Stoney Creek Branch in Ontario.

The ideal candidate will be a well‑rounded general contractor or handyman, with experience in areas such as flooring, window and wall repairs and exterior siding.

The role is responsible for attending service calls and would require 80% of travel (mostly day trips with minimal overnight travel) and 20% yard work – cleaning, maintenance and repair to ensure that our Modular fleet is in optimal condition for our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete general labour type duties including cleaning, painting and moving units in the yard
• Loading / Unloading of decks, ramps, furniture and other items as needed
• Assisting with managing warehouse inventory & shelving systems for the branch
• Floor repairs, including tile work
• Wall building and repairs
• Installing Kitchenettes, toilets, and sinks
• Exterior Steel Siding Work
• Fitting and Installing Windows, Doors, Molding’s and Hardware
• Cleaning of Modular Units
• Performing Yard / shop maintenance and clean up
• Material handling
• General, Rough and Finish Carpentry, and Framing
• Assisting with planning for upcoming projects
• Other duties as assigned
