This role offers a great compensation package including base salary, unlimited commission, medical benefits and vacation.
Role Responsibilities :
- Drive Sales Growth : Establish and manage sales accounts in your assigned territory, building and nurturing key relationships.
- Expand Customer Base : Identify and pursue new customer acquisitions, consistently growing your client portfolio.
- Generate Leads : Conduct cold calls to uncover potential leads and seize new opportunities.
- Develop Relationships : Communicate with established leads, fostering strong rapport and long-term connections.
- Deliver Impactful Presentations : Present compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations that highlight the value of our client’s products.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting industry with a background in distributor partnerships.
- Educational Background : A degree in Business or Science.
- Sales Effectiveness : Ability to sell to all levels of management with confidence and expertise.
- Competitive Edge : A self-starting mentality with a drive to exceed targets.
- Communication Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills that inspire trust and action.
