Young’s Equipment Inc., southern Saskatchewan’s largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealer is looking for an Ag Machinery Salesperson who is a diligent and self-motivated individual with strong agricultural knowledge to join our Watrous team.
We focus on delivering exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. Well-established and family owned, Young’s Equipment is continuously growing.

The Role You Will Play :
- Promote and sell new / used equipment to the customers in a defined sales territory;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers in order to grow the business;
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, the characteristics and the advantages of all equipment which the company could sell;
- Inform the customers about our product offering, as well as promoting diverse purchasing options;
- Work with other departments to ensure the overall success, customer satisfaction and probability expected from a high profile dealership.
Background Profile :
- An ideal candidate would possess previous sales experience and knowledge of agricultural equipment;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Strong negotiating skills;
- Ability to understand and communicate financing with customers;
- Computer experience as well as ability to travel on a regular basis is esstential.
