Commercial Litigation Lawyer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including employment law disputes, administrative law cases, and commercial litigation.
This role requires a strong ability to handle high-stakes litigation and provide strategic advice to clients across different sectors.

What You Bring
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- Admission to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of employment law, administrative law, and commercial litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes
- Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills
