Role description :

Arcadis is seeking a driven, self-motivated professional to elevate their career by assuming the role of Account Lead - Mining. With a proven reputation for excellence in client management and business development, the candidate will help shape Arcadis’ growing impact across various regions by leveraging their knowledge of the Mining sector. Reporting directly to Mining Sector Lead, the candidate will be an integral member of the Resilience Environment Team.

Role accountabilities :

The successful candidate will lead multiple major and mid-tier accounts, expanding business development opportunities and client relationships to strategically grow Arcadis’ Mining portfolio. They will coordinate with other Arcadis business lines to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and grow the business.

Other key responsibilities will include :

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by crafting and delivering tailored solutions, leading teams in preparing winning proposals, and delivering successful presentations; negotiate critical issues with clients, potential teaming partners, and subconsultants
• Overseeing the planning, design, and construction administration of projects to ensure the delivery of quality services and deliverables within project schedules
• Collaboratively developing scope and cost proposals for projects and task orders; contribute to the strategic growth, planning, and support of various key market initiatives throughout the region
• Supporting the development of junior and mid-level staff
• Travelling to project sites and client meetings as required.

Required Qualifications :

Preference will be given to candidates with 7+ years of relevant business development and account management experience and are bilingual (english and french).

The salary range for this position is $95,000-178,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
