Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in an underwriting role in residential originations and/or a pre/post fund quality assurance role

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in an underwriting role in residential originations

• Proven experience in a pre and/or post fund quality assurance role, auditing role or relevant experience

Job Summary

As a Senior Pre and Post Fund Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll conduct pre and post fund reviews of a sample of deals to ensure all internal guidelines, policies and standards are being adhered to by all parties.

Responsibilities

• Review samples of loans pre-funding to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, guidelines, insurer and regulatory requirements

• Perform independent post-fund reviews to ensure all internal policies, guidelines and standards are being adhered to by Underwriting

• Ensure insurer requirements are met, while determining if credit decision was prudent

• Utilize results of reviews to make recommendations for process and policy enhancements

• Consistently reach business production target goals

• Mentor pre and post fund quality assurance analysts and share best practices

• Handle complex deals and provide support with escalated issues
