Job Summary
As a Senior Pre and Post Fund Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll conduct pre and post fund reviews of a sample of deals to ensure all internal guidelines, policies and standards are being adhered to by all parties.
Responsibilities
Review samples of loans pre-funding to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, guidelines, insurer and regulatory requirements
Perform independent post-fund reviews to ensure all internal policies, guidelines and standards are being adhered to by Underwriting
Ensure insurer requirements are met, while determining if credit decision was prudent
Utilize results of reviews to make recommendations for process and policy enhancements
Consistently reach business production target goals
Mentor pre and post fund quality assurance analysts and share best practices
Handle complex deals and provide support with escalated issues
