Salary Range :
The salary range for this position is $98,000 to $135,000 . The final offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Please note that the offer may fall anywhere within the posted range and is not necessarily at the top end.

Overview :
The Senior Manager, Risk Management, is responsible for conducting risk analysis and overseeing risk management activities for the Fraser River Tunnel Project, and other projects assigned to TI Corp as required. This role ensures consistency in risk management practices on the Fraser River Tunnel Project and across all TI Corp assigned infrastructure projects. Additionally, the position involves preparing risk-related reports for the project team, TI Corp executives, and the Board of Directors.

Key Accountabilities :
Leads and implements the project risk management plan and process for the Fraser River Tunnel Project and other major infrastructure projects, working collaboratively with technical discipline leads, finance, project controls, commercial and contracts teams, estimating, scheduling, and other key stakeholders.Develops and delivers comprehensive risk reports for senior project leadership, the Board of Directors, Due Diligence Committees, and TI Corp executive leadership.Coordinates and presents insights on risk outputs and trends during monthly risk review meetings with senior project leadership and the Executive Director of Risk Management as part of the ongoing risk register review process.Collaborates with discipline leads to gather information to update existing risks and to identify new risks.Facilitates effective communication on risk-related matters between project teams, project leadership, and corporate executives.Provides risk advice to the project team including :Oversee the identification, assessment, and quantification of project risks.Analyze risks related to project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Quantify risks to evaluate contingency reserves and proactively identify emerging positive or negative trends to senior members of the project team.Support risk owners in developing implementing and tracking mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on the status of mitigation actions in collaboration with risk owners.Provide guidance on risk management best practices and strategic approaches.Assess risk impacts and validate the accuracy and reasonableness of input and output data used for risk quantification and valuation.Utilize risk quantification data outputs to work with the scheduling team to develop quantitative schedule risk analysesDrives continuous improvement of the organization’s risk management framework by developing and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing risk management processes including providing input to improve standardized templates, updating the risk database, and delivering risk training to TI Corp staff and new risk managers. Leads, coaches, and mentors staff and manages recruitment, assignment of work, development and evaluation of performance expectations, career guidance, approvals of leave, and performance management.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another related field, or a combination of related education and experience.Demonstrated knowledge in the development of risk strategy and risk planning on large infrastructure projects or programs.Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with risk management practices within Government organizations.Detailed knowledge and ability to implement best practices for quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule.Knowledge of engineering and construction terms, procurement, regulation and commercial contracting practices is an asset.Knowledge of statistics and experiences with risk quantitative analysis is preferred.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong communication abilities and a proven aptitude for building meaningful and professional relationships with stakeholders and holding people accountable from a place of influence rather than direct authority.Proficiency in the use of risk management tools such as @Risk is an asset.Additional Requirement :
