Our reputable healthcare client in Richmond Hill is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate 3 week contract opportunity. This fully onsite position provides high-level administrative and organizational support to two Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs), with occasional travel to the Markham site for meetings.
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
Pay Rate : $30 / hour.
Location : Fully on site in Richmond Hill
Contract role : ASAP - January 23rd.
Please note : A Vulnerable Sector Check will be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for two Associate Vice Presidents
- Handle confidential communications and correspondence
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas; take and transcribe meeting minutes
- Maintain and organize documentation and records
- Draft, proofread, and edit letters, memos, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and provide project support as needed
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing executive support to senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectivelyProficient in taking minutes and producing accurate, high-quality documentationExperience in a healthcare setting is a strong assetExcellent judgment, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholdersThank you for considering this opportunity!
