Responsibilities
- Research and capture market information as directed by the brokerage team and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage and organize data using market activity through relevant sources.
- Contact external stakeholders such as sales agents, landlords, and property managers for collecting relevant information.
- Monitor industry trends and current events to inform and enhance ongoing research initiatives.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings as directed, collecting data, and inputting into the internal database.
Requirements
Post-secondary education is preferred.1 - 2 years administrative experience in an office environment.Understanding and / or genuine interest in the commercial real estate industry would be well-regarded.Strong data entry skills with an exceptional level of accuracy.Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.Able to process and categorize data correctly, analyze and interpret the information presented.Team-oriented and able to focus well on independent tasks.Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, executing on competing deadlines with exceptional quality and attention to detail.Able to draw conclusions from data collected, think critically and outside of the box.If you enjoy data entry, researching information, and working in databases we’d love to speak with you!
