Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to fulfill a contract / temporary role for our Calgary Client. As the successful candidate for the role you will be accountable for daily administration and support of the Client’s SalesForce systems, you work to support, identify process efficiencies and manage back-end elements. You have an in-depth understanding in supporting SalesForce, infrastructure, data and administration along with solid communication skills and leadership experience. This role is based in Calgary, AB., but is open to remote work concessions for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements : MUST HAVES :

• 3 + years proven successful working experience in Salesforce Administrator role along with in-depth experience in developing SF instances, forms and flows (APEX)
• Working experience with Platform App Builder
• Strong technical background in implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions
• Solid working ability to connect and develop effective relationships and collaborate across multiple functional / technical teams to deliver projects
• Management / team lead experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to partner with all levels of the organization, a commitment to service excellence, quality and communication
• SalesForce Administration Certification is preferred
• Pardot / Account engagement / marketing cloud experience is a definite plus
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
